With over a decade of experience at the intersection of content strategy, UX, and product design, my focus has always been on creating meaningful, effective user experiences. Regardless of title or team, my approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and a deep commitment to helping users—through content that works.
My Story
I’m a Senior Content Designer, UX Writer, and Content Strategist with over 15 years of experience shaping user-first narratives across a spectrum of B2B SaaS products.
With a foundation in Marketing and a degree in Literature, I bring a unique balance of analytical thinking and storytelling finesse to my work. I began my career in 2010 as a content and copywriter in digital agencies where I learned the craft of persuasive and customer-centric writing.
In 2018, I transitioned into the world of B2B SaaS and since then, I’ve been deeply involved in UX writing, content design, and product storytelling. My work has consistently focused on simplifying complexity, driving clarity, and building cohesive experiences that connect with users and elevate the product's voice.
My literary roots lend me a strong sense of rhythm, tone, and narrative flow while my design experience grounds me in structure, systems thinking, and user empathy. Whether it’s shaping product copy, creating scalable content strategies, or mentoring writers, I thrive at the intersection of language, design, and user experience.

The Vibe I Bring to the Team
You’ll usually find me at my desk, MacBook open with 30 tabs running—Figma, Notion, writing tools, and that one unfinished Medium draft I swear I’ll get back to. Nearby: a candle flickers, my favorite pens sit neatly beside a well-worn Moleskine filled with quotes and quick-sketched solutions. On the wall? A whiteboard layered in post-its and wireframes. Somewhere in those tabs, a product content style guide is always open.
I lead with empathy and write with intention. I ask the kind of questions that bring clarity to chaos, turn technical features into relatable stories, and rewrite a single sentence until the whole flow clicks into place. I lead from behind, let the work shine, and believe the best content design often goes unnoticed—because it just feels right.
My vibe? Quietly confident. Calmly assertive. A deep thinker who slips literary quotes into conversation (but only if you’re really paying attention). I thrive behind the scenes, where thoughtful collaboration and meaningful work happen.
